  • Where can I stay?

    We know a lot of you are travelling a great distance to be with us, and to make life easier we’ve set-up a “block” at Hotel Arts Calgary. You can reach them on +1 (403) 266 4611 and ask for the “Renneberg Banks” block.

  • What time should I arrive?

    The time listed on your invite is your arrival time, no need to be fashionably late

  • Is there a dress code?

    We politely ask dress wearers do not wear white - otherwise we’d like you to dress formal but comfortable based on the weather of the day!

    At this time of the year, the temperature ranges from 4°C to 17°C and is often sunny.

  • Will I need a car?

    While most of downtown Calgary is walkable, and there is free transit on the C-Train while downtown, we do recommend a vehicle if you’d like to explore all that the area has to offer.

  • Are kids allowed?

    We’re asking our guests not to bring young children to the wedding.

  • Where can I park?

    We have parking available in the C parking lot, and is $13.

  • Where does the ceremony and reception take place?

    Our ceremony will be hosted outside and the reception indoors. Both areas are a short 30 second walk apart.

  • How should I get there?

    Calgary International Airport (YYC) is a major hub with direct flights from the UK and most major US cities scheduled regularly throughout the day.

    Our venue is close to the downtown core and walkable to most major hotels and inns. We’re asking our guests to find there own way to and from!
